1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, joining a workspace or using Gadagram, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Gadagram for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
Gadagram gathers customer conversations, enquiries, follow ups, appointments, bookings and payment information into a shared revenue workspace. Features may depend on third-party services, account eligibility, geographic availability and platform approval.
3. Accounts and workspace responsibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for account activity, team permissions and the security of passwords, devices and connected services.
- You must promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access.
- Workspace owners are responsible for their members and for obtaining authority to process customer information.
4. Trial, subscription and payment
Unless a different offer is shown at checkout, Gadagram includes a 14-day trial followed by a subscription of 10 United States dollars per user each month. Prices exclude applicable taxes and may change for future billing periods after reasonable notice.
You authorise the applicable payment provider to charge recurring fees until cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Gadagram to break the law, infringe rights, deceive people, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, distribute harmful content, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service or evade platform safeguards.
You are responsible for customer consent, opt-outs, message templates, contact hours and all other requirements under applicable marketing laws and the policies of Meta, WhatsApp and any connected advertising platform.
6. Customer data
You retain ownership of information submitted to your workspace. You grant Gadagram the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up and display that information to provide and protect the service.
You confirm that you have all permissions and legal bases required to provide customer information to Gadagram and instruct us to process it. You are responsible for responding to your customers’ privacy requests unless the request concerns processing controlled directly by Gadagram.
7. AI features
AI suggestions and automated replies may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular customer. You remain responsible for business decisions, promises, prices, advice and messages sent from your workspace. Use review controls and human approval for sensitive, regulated or high-risk conversations.
Gadagram does not provide legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.
8. Third-party services
Gadagram works with services such as WhatsApp, Meta, OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel and optional analytics or billing providers. Their terms and availability also apply to your use of their services. Gadagram is not responsible for a third party’s suspension, outage, policy change or decision to restrict an account.
9. Gadagram intellectual property
Gadagram, its software, design, documentation, trademarks and original content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms provide a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, reverse engineering or creation of a competing service except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address non-payment, investigate abuse or respond to a platform requirement. We will provide notice where practical and legally permitted.
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription. After termination, access ends and information is retained or deleted according to the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
11. Service changes and availability
We may improve, replace or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, message delivery, customer conversion, advertising performance or revenue results.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gadagram is provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gadagram will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of 100 United States dollars or the fees paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing law and changes
Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Competent courts in Nigeria will have jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. Questions can be sent to legal@gadagram.com.
