Privacy request
User Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Gadagram account information, a workspace you own, or personal information associated with a Meta or WhatsApp connection.
Last updated, August 22, 2026
How to submit a deletion request
- Email privacy@gadagram.com from the email address registered to your Gadagram account.
- Use the subject line Gadagram data deletion request.
- State whether you want to delete your personal account, a workspace you own, a Meta or WhatsApp connection, or specific personal information.
- Include your workspace name and only the last four digits of the connected WhatsApp number. Do not email passwords, access tokens or full payment-card details.
Identity and authority checks
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder or an authorised workspace owner. We may ask for confirmation through the registered email address or inside the authenticated account. A workspace member cannot delete an entire workspace unless that person has the required owner authority.
What we delete
Depending on the verified request, deletion may include account profile information, workspace membership, stored contacts, customer messages, AI settings and decisions, enquiries, reminders, bookings, payment records, connected Meta or WhatsApp credentials and related service logs.
If the request concerns only a Meta or WhatsApp connection, we can disconnect the integration and delete stored connection credentials without deleting the entire Gadagram workspace.
Meta and Facebook settings
You may also remove Gadagram’s access through the Apps and Websites or Business Integrations area of your Meta or Facebook settings. Removing platform access stops future access, but it may not delete information already stored in Gadagram. Submit the verified request above if you also want Gadagram records deleted.
For the Meta App Dashboard, select Data Deletion Instructions URL and use https://gadagram.com/data-deletion.
Timing and confirmation
We aim to acknowledge verified requests promptly and complete deletion within 30 days, unless applicable law permits or requires a different period. We will send confirmation when the request is completed or explain any additional information needed.
Information that may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, payment records, tax, legal claims or regulatory obligations. Deleted information may also remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten under standard retention cycles. Retained information is isolated from ordinary product use.
Requests from a business customer’s contact
If a business contacted you through Gadagram, that business normally controls your customer record. You may contact the business directly. You can also email privacy@gadagram.com and identify the business so we can route or support the verified request.
